Unspokio ("we", "us") is a conversation-analysis service operated by Ezequiel de Jesús Martínez de Escobar Martínez de la Cueva, trading as Unspokio. As data controller, Ezequiel de Jesús Martínez de Escobar Martínez de la Cueva decides how and why your personal data is processed. You can reach us at support@unspokio.com for any privacy question or request.

Account data: your name or display name, email address and authentication identifiers from Google, Apple or email sign-in. Content data: the conversations, text and screenshots you submit for analysis, plus the analysis results generated from them. Usage data: number of analyses, timestamps, selected language and context, feature interactions. Technical data: IP address, browser and device identifiers, and error diagnostics. Support data: the messages you send us.

To create and maintain your account, run the analyses you request, store your history and enforce plan limits — performance of our contract with you. To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, debug errors and improve accuracy and reliability — our legitimate interests. To send optional product or marketing messages — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. To meet accounting, tax and other legal duties — compliance with a legal obligation.

Conversations you submit are transmitted to our AI processing provider solely to produce your analysis and are returned to your account. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your conversations to advertise to you. Please avoid uploading data you are not permitted to share, and remember an analysis is indicative — it is not legal, medical or psychological advice.

We share personal data only with: infrastructure and hosting providers that run our database, authentication and storage; the AI provider that generates analyses; Stripe, our payment processor, for subscription payments, billing, invoicing and tax calculation; professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers where necessary; and public authorities where required by law. All providers act under contract and may only process data on our instructions.

Our providers may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. Where such transfers occur we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or transfers to jurisdictions recognised as offering adequate protection.

Account and analysis data are kept while your account is active. If you delete an analysis it is removed from your history; if you close your account we delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data, except records we must keep for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, a portable copy, and withdrawal of consent. Write to support@unspokio.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored data, row-level access controls so you can only reach your own records, least-privilege administrative access and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language preference, and limited analytics and error-reporting technologies to understand how the service is used. You can clear or block these through your browser settings; strictly necessary items are required for the app to work.

Unspokio is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
